Self-Care Sundays
Chair, Chi & Prana with Melissa Elstein, followed by Meditation with Paula Saddler

Chair, Chi & Prana combines Chair Yoga with Tai Chi Easytm and Qigong. Seated and standing yoga poses gently strengthen and stretch the body, while using a chair for support.
