Today is DISCOVER YOUR BEST SELF! A relaxing day of yoga,knitting, tai chi, as well as some fun spa activities (hand creams, hand massage and in person Reiki. Plus, we'll have some virtual reiki as well.

We might even play some spa bingo! :)
