Good Mental Health through the Arts. Write Your Mind: Poetry for Wellness with Columbia OT Students (Hybrid)

Guided by occupational therapy students, this creative writing and poetry group offers a fun way to exercise memory, language, and self-expression. Through prompts and guided activities, participants will explore words and imagery to stimulate the mind, spark creativity, and support emotional wellbeing. No writing experience needed—just bring your imagination and curiosity!
