"Bad" Poetry (or short story) Jam (Hybrid)
Ever wanted to write a masterpiece but felt too intimidated by the "pros"? This is the event for you! Join us for a hilarious, fast-paced writing session where the goal is to be as cheesy, dramatic, and wonderfully terrible as possible.
We’ll provide the silly prompts (like "An Ode to a Squeaky Shoe" or "The Mystery of the Vanishing Dentures"), and you’ll have a few minutes to scribble down a "bad" poem or a short, ridiculous story. We’ll then take turns reading our "masterpieces" aloud with over-the-top dramatic flair.
Materials provided (Paper, pens, and plenty of bad ideas!)
The Golden Rule: If it rhymes badly or makes us groan, you win!
