In honor of Women's History Month Operatic soprano Cheryl Warfield and pianist Isaac ben Ayala present a musical program with historical narrative about the life and career of legendary opera singer Leontyne Price, who received a 42-minute ovation at her history-making 1961 Metropolitan Opera debut as the first Black soprano to sing a lead role at the famed opera house.
