TaiKata: Balance and Rooting for Seniors with Bruce (In Center)

This is a brand new system designed to quickly improve balance, leg and core strength, as well as movement stability in order to prevent falls and improve general fitness. This in-person program will run once a week for 10 weeks starting in early January.

Hours of Operation
Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Saturday – Sunday: Closed
